Hi from Cyprus, I've been practicing meditation for 4 years and couldn't imagine starting my day without meditation, it's as much a routine as brushing my teeth in the morning. Thanks for another lovely meditation, could you do one especially for when you're still lying in bed ? as I do most of my meditations before I get out of bed. Have a wonderful day.
