Growing up my mom use to make Hungarian goulash for dinner and it sure was delicious. 😋She would make her noodles by hand and put the uncooked pasta on a wooden board and cut little spoetzl into a hot boiling water. She would make the sauce with lots of paprika and onions with beef. Your cooking reminds me of my mom. I miss her so much, I miss both my parents. My mom was born in Yugoslavia and my dad was born here in the USA in Pennsylvania. Thank you for sharing your cooking, it brings me back to my childhood when times were so much nicer & simpler back then. 🥰💖

A little tip for removing stubborn bottle caps......wedge the tip of a knife or fork underneath the cap to allow some air in, you might hear a pop and then the cap will screw off real easy. 😉 Great video as always. Waiting patiently for some decent sunshine here in Ireland too. 🇮🇪

Dumplings do freeze very well. Maybe take a couple or 3 hours and make up alot of them. But its important not to stack them on top of each other while they freeze. You need to freeze in single sheets, then you can transfer the frozen dumplings into larger containers or baggies for the freezer.

Hello from Daytona Beach. I ordered the zwilling starter set plus the large set of bags and a couple extra large glass containers. My children gave me gift cards from Amazon for Mother’s Day, so I decided to try the food storage containers. Especially since the price of food and finding the foods you want is getting more difficult. I will go from here to see if I need anymore containers. I have glass storage bowls but they aren’t vacuum sealed. I will still use them. If I hadn’t heard over and over how much you like them, I may not have really thought about purchasing them. I’m supposed to receive them today. Thanks. I have been looking forward to your master bath renovation. Tell Z he’s a sweetheart for keeping you happy building all your projects.
