Positivity is contagious dude, love the Bob Marley Quote. "You never know how strong you are, until strong is the only choice you have." It reminds me one of my favourite quotes by Carl Gustav Jung - “Man can endure the hardest of trials if he sees meaning in them. The whole difficulty lies in creating that meaning." It is one of the most difficult things in life to face our own soul. But if you help enough people out along the journey of life, you'll eventually help yourself out. Excellent series keep up the positive message.

Thanks Luke, really helpful message. My brother was diagnosed with ESKD in April and has been on dialysis ever since, turns out we are both suffering from a condition that will eventually also get me there even though I am still fine for now. This video was very uplifting for me as I brood over this stroke of fate. Stay strong, I do hope you will soon be able to get off that machine.
