Trust me it's not that great. Unless you own the company you get paid pennies. And even owning the company you're always under stress and fixing things is expensive and messy. Don't worry you didn't miss a thing! Chris is only successful because the business is family owned and started before he was born. If he tried it on his own he'd have an old mini doing frog ponds. Plus Volvo definitely hooks him up with deals to promote them so yeah...

We have auto-greasers that make it easy but like you say it can make a real mess especially on the boom since everything is greased at the same rate it seems. I wish we could do end of day maintenance seems like a great idea instead of rushing in the morning when you also have the days work etc on your mind as well. I’d rather have the peace of mind of doing it right so that Milwaukee grease gun looks like a better option. There’s a reason why good machines stay looking good 👍

I was taught, when greasing...to wipe off the zert... *Before* you grease, to avoid injecting dirt into the line(s)....Also, to wipe off any excess grease, when you are done, to minimize the dirt and dust collecting on the tip of the zert....but hey.....this may be over kill for some...but it makes for good practice, for better maintenance......good luck.

I can not recall seeing a new excavator, backhoe or loader being delivered in Denmark without it, even my Hydrema 906D backhoe with 3500 hours, that's 6 years old has it on, any specefic reason you don't have one?

That sure bears the hell out of squeezing a handle. Good practice doing it at the end of the day instead of the morning. Not bad on the DEF use. I hear the price is dropping.? Thanks for the video. I'm sure you've read that DEF needs to be really clean, no dirt, dust or other contaminants can get in the tank or really bad things can happen, also extended time idling is bad too.
