If you had extra accommodation in Accra, I would suggest going to other towns or regions and find experience braiders and put them on a one month contract for the month of December. Braiding is cheaper in other parts of Ghana than Accra. If you offer double of what they Usually charge in their town and villages, they would come.

Staffing is a universal issue in Ghana. People can disappear easily. From my experience, most people do not like structure. They want flexibility. They will have a family event and not show up when needed the most.
