Hi Lou! I've seen people missing you and waiting for your next vlog, and I am one of them! Of course with a full time job, it is not easy to film and edit, or plan which content to post. But sharing what you call your ordinary life in Japan is actually inspirational for most, and relaxing for others. I work remotely at home and after work, I relax before I cook dinner. Hi Dear, Sweet, Lou. It's me, your friend from TX, USA. If you don't mind, I would like to tell you I also had the same problems as you (weight, dry nails, pain under left breast, tired, sometimes sad). These are all signs of low thyroid. Many doctors said my thyroid is ok, but, finally a specialist did the proper tests and we found out my thyroid is very low. Medication helped me so much! Doctors often don't listen or respond well to thyroid issues. Its very important for your health to make sure thyroid is at a good level, especially since you had some of it removed. Good for you for the exercising. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so don't get too discouraged if your weight does not reduce like expected. 😊

Thank you for another interesting and very relaxing video. The next time you purchase green onions, save the root part that you cut off and stick them in a glass of water. After the roots become 2-3 inches, you can put them in soil and never buy green onions again. They are the easiest plant to grow. Watch a video on it for to see.

I am Scandinavian, half Danish and half Norwegian, and I live in Norway. I also lose weight quickly, but I also gain weight quickly. I had put on weight during the cold season, but with a little extra cycling and a slightly reduced food intake for breakfast, those kilos came off quickly. Wish you all the best!

Out here in Las Vegas, NV 🇺🇸 during the summer it is very dry with little rain. As well, the temperature today will be 40 degrees Celsius (next week one day may be 48 🥵 🥵) so it is very hot in the desert. The air conditioner runs but we use fans to keep cool during the day and night. If your new pillow doesn’t help, a small fan may help or (weather permitting) leaving your window open slightly to let the fresh air/cooler weather inside may help too.
