Oh. I always live the scenery. My mother is from the Philippines and I lived there for some years when I was younger. I have so many memories. I am glad you are getting to spend some time with your family. I know it is passing way to quickly but at least you have the time and ability to see them. I wish it wasn't so expensive to travel from the US or I would treat my mom with a visit there to see old friends. Her immediate family have passed. But as you know, her village and town people were like family as well. Take care. Have a very healthy, happy and prosperous new year.
