New subscriber here! Don’t whiten your teeth. The process will damage your tooth enamel. Stop using the thing that was burning your chin too. Just do your best to eat healthy and walk more. Don’t feel pressured by the culture. I’m American and many young people are getting plastic surgery on their faces. They use Botox and plump their lips and end up looking terrible. Don’t do it. Just be you and forget about the fake world. ❤
