Hello my dear friends! Thank you so much for always watching and supporting my videos. I really appreciate all your love and comments. Please do enjoy todays video. I went to the thyroid specialist to check my thyroid and ask if I need medication but fortunately my thyroid hormones are good and the doctor told me that I don’t need any medication. By the way, going to the clinic was really struggle because it’s very far. I came there by taxi after I finished my work but the taxi driver told me it’s too far😢. Fortunately, I managed to return home safely😇. Just wanted to share the story 😅Anyhow, Take care always my dears!💕 Sending virtual hugs to everyone.🤗

Sounds like you had a thyroid lobectomy (removal one of your two thyroid lobes, leaving the other intact) instead of a total thyroidectomy. With a lobectomy it is not uncommon for the remaining thyroid lobe to produce sufficient hormones. In the US, we can go to any local commercial blood lab office (like Labcorp or Quest), and not always have to go to the doctor's office, to get the blood drawn and analyzed, and then the doctor can determine whether any thyroid medication is needed and/or what dosage to take. Having been to Japan a few times, and read about it, I always thought Japan was a very safe place, but I guess not as safe as I thought.

Hi Lou🌹 just a tip if crushing nuts: place them in a plastic bag, remove all the air before closing it. Then use a rolling pin or something flat or crush the nuts. It will prevent the nuts jumping about🙏🙏 thank you for your wonderful videos❤️❤️

@Foofi_Yeah, it's surely a huge difference between holidays and actually living within those rules. Group-based societies can be scary... I remember a good friend, she had her first encounter with chikan in first grade!😦 One day a guy grabbed her so hard that she screamed and told him to stop. She got scolded for that by her fellow commuters, because she would be an annoyance to them... 😳😲🤬 Edit: typos 😉

Very glad your thyroid hormone levels are good and you do not need medication. That is great news. That train station was very rustic! Glad you found it to get you safely home. Your pumpkin dinner looked and sounded delicious with the wrapper crunchiness. 😃 I had asked for your address a long time ago on Instagram to try and send you a postcard from the USA. Shortly afterwards, your channel started growing very quickly and you included in the video that you stopped giving out your address. That is totally understandable since you cannot get a PO Box easily in Japan. I was sad but I was not upset. Your safety and feeling comfortable has to come first. Thank you for sharing about your life in Japan. 😊💐
