@@patriciarieley1373 well I have been trying to learn all I can but I have no families. I was taken away from them all except 2 ppl but when I was little. I found them and tried to connect with them but it seems they don’t want to know me so oh well. But I have been finding on KZbin more beautiful Native American teachings such as this and I am finding myself very drawn to them. 😊

Trust in yourself. All is within you. Listen to the likes of Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay , audio book the universe has your back. These are just to name but a few. @@moqal9970 wow your comment just now came to me when i needed to hear something positive. I am at my lowest point that I have been in many many years now. I truly heartfully appreciate your kind comment of telling me hoping all is well. I normally don’t stress on to many things these days so when these situations occurred and the reality of all of these different things truly sunk in I found myself feeling very broken,hopeless and lost. Your comment came as I am sitting here with a headache my chest and heart hurting and tears streaming down my face not knowing what to do or how to feel any other way but this sadness. Thank you for caring to say to me hope all is well. It made me feel like there is still good somewhere here. 🙏🙏🙏

@@moqal9970 thank you so much for your encouraging words and support for me. I truly appreciate this so very much. I don’t know why I allow actions and behavior of others have such a strong effect inside my heart as I do but I feel devastated emotionally when anyone does things like stealing and lying to me and my little girls when I trust them and do what I can for them. I guess I could understand it better if I did those things as well bc then I could understand what you do unto others is what others will do unto you this is what I could understand at least. It really hurts when they are supposed to be your family. This was the last that I was able to handle before my heart felt this sadness. I was already beginning to worry and feel stressed about how I was going to be able to pay for my daughters seizure medicine and buying some food and paying the bills already. So I guess that was the last straw that broke the camels back so to speak. 😊 I haven’t fixed any of this at all yet but I am feeling much better today. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. It feels good to be able to talk with someone sometimes. 🙏🙏🙏🥰😊🙏🙏🙏

For about a year I’ve been starting my morning meditation with a smudging to the four directions. Recently I had started incorporating sky and earth.
