I believe I'm on the journey, however I'm faced with resistance within myself. I've alway been a dreamer, rather at night or during the day with eyes open. I know a energy of anger and fear walks along the same shores I do. I've always had anger in my life and my father who was hardly ever in the picture was also a angry man. My father when he was my age was starting and finishing fist fights to gain the respect of those around him. I think people just lived in fear of him... Maybe he thought there wasn't another option for himself. Now here I Am 26 years old trying to navigate the same anger and fear that lives within him. I paint this picture of a beautiful being of light that I think I am but every time that uncontrollable anger and fear surfaces it takes that painting and distorts it. I feel drawn to msg you for some reason because the last month or two your videos happen to pop up when I happen to need to hear something. Thanks for your videos

thank you Alberto, your transmission resonates so deeply. I have a shrine as part of my morning routine, and ontop of a female antahkarana I have 4 affirmations for the globe, placed under a bowl with holly water and a consecrated brass egg. But around it are 12 stones that I used for my first theatre character (the beginning of my shamanic awaking- that were stored away for years and year as I went through healing, only to be recently rediscovered) and in the water is the 13th stone. Thank you so much for this. I'm curious as to whether they all have to be stones for the altar? Throughout my life I've had experience in ways as you spoke of each stone with other things as well. Though at the time wasn't realizing they could be fit together and wore pendants separately when needed, found feathers of different birds, etc. I do have stones as well, one set in particular that I've kept for over 20 years that had been gifted to me in an interesting experience with a stranger. So I am wondering if these could/would be placed as part of the 13 as they carry much meaning for me, or if they need to be stones I accumulate on this journey? Thank you.
