Never drink water while standing because you would suffer from indigestion. If you drink water in a standing position, it can cause ulcers and heartburn. The reason is the liquid that you drink ends up splashing in the esophagus which disturbs the sphincter.

Brother if you don’t like having peanut butter by itself if you blended with cooked oatmeal and honey it’s nice and full of protein. You can add water to it when blended if you don’t want it to be too thick.

Mashallah brother, I have some advices for you : - Make sure the chicken you eat your eggs from are fed with line seeds or rich in Omega 3 seeds. - Try to eat less meat because it's too heavy in Omega 6, you will get chronic inflammation, injuries and high risk civizational diseases (Cancer, Diabetes, etc). - Try to eat lupins and lentils in a Chorba, it's a lot better and has more proteins than meat. Beaf has 26G of proteines for 100G and Lupins have 30G of proteines. If you wonder how I know all that, I do Calisthenics too, I got cancer at 24 years old and trying to prevent it for others.

​@Andalusian114 And on what facts is your opinion based ? Are you a nutritionist or a professor in nutrition ? Where do you find Halal meat that is pasture-raised ? Because I really can't find it in France. And even "pasture-raised" animals eat around half of the year in pastures and the rest they still feed them in stables, so even it's a bit better than normal meat you will still have too much Omega 6 that will cause inflammation. There is a reason why people that eat animal products have lower life expectaty overall. Read books like Anti-cancer and How not to die if you want to understand.
