A violin scale system with drone and metronome included so that you can simply press play and follow along. It's as near as I can get to being in the practice room with you. I use this scale progression daily for most of my students preparatory to progressing to Carl Flesch. It follows the format of Barbara Barber's Scales for Advanced Violinists and includes scales, arpeggios, and double stops. It also includes my speed progressions for scales and double stops as well as steady focus points. It's designed to be a video you can follow along with each day as part of your practice routine. If your practice time doesn't allow this much time for scales, pick which sections to focus on for that day and rotate through them making sure to cover everything regularly. I'd recommend never skipping the slow bow scale portion. Happy practicing!
