My daily bow exercise routine | Practice with a PRO

This is a follow-along video covering all of the bow exercises in the series. I do this routine with as much efficiency as possible most lessons through Suzuki Book 3. After that, I check in on the routine and ensure that the exercises stay effortless. The motions never lose their usefulness and I still benefit from them today as a professional violinist.

For added challenge you can do all these exercises holding the bow by the point instead the nut (after you're already good the normal way). The added weight will force your muscles, training them in the proccess, after that all the exercises will feel lighter for the hand.
