This is a follow-along video covering all of the bow exercises in the series. I do this routine with as much efficiency as possible most lessons through Suzuki Book 3. After that, I check in on the routine and ensure that the exercises stay effortless. The motions never lose their usefulness and I still benefit from them today as a professional violinist.
