How about burgundy colour? They do brown mascara with burgundy undertone mixed in. I think it would bring out eye colour.

This👆😃 Jesse's beautiful blue eyes with soft brown or burgandy.. Just gorgeous😍(harsh black lashes & dark eyebrows starts to look clown like with bleached blonde hair) Try more softer colour clothes aswell. You will nail it girl! 😊
