One thing that I do once a week is take a nice warm bubble bath by candlelight with either classical music or jazz music softly playing. This helps with stress and allows my mind to clear. I usually do this on the last day of my work week to let the stress of work go. I usually have water or sparkling cider since I don't drink alcohol, but wine is also good for those who like wine. So totally helps!

I find that if one can't afford a facial, manicure and pedicure, massage, etc... just check out out a school that offers these services at a low price and the students are supervised plus you're helping a student earn credits so they can learn and graduate, so it's a win win for both.
