Please do this yogas regularly.. i had my periods on time by doing this yogas.. and also please avoid junk foods... Eat fresh and healthy food... You can cure your pcod completely.... If you can just walk an hour for a day additionally

I heard that sometimes exerting your body too much also doesn't help. 8k is a long walk. Maybe your body needed slow exercises like yoga. Just an observation. Anyway, I'm happy for you that it worked out.

This is so relaxing and good....even one does not need to be giving hours in gym for weighloss. I was diagnosed with PCOD a year ago.. I did this yoga + 40 min brisk walk daily with music + a total change in my diet ( No sugar at all, removed all the packed food item from my diet and only ate fresh and living food, ) DOING THIS FROM LAST ONE YEAR AND LOST 15 KG. I didn't get my periods for 4 months.. Went to doc.. She gave me mild dose med.. Asked me to avoid sugar and 1 hr walking.. Instead of walking I did meditation and followed your yoga.. Within 15 days I got my periods.. Usually delayed periods will be painful.. But this time it was not..

@@nazninnahar7306 I have pcos and have really irregular periods for many years. I was delayed a month or so. Sometimes my delay is 3 months also. I got my periods after doing this yoga but I only did it for one day so the flow is very light that’s why I’m going to start doing it more regularly to get regular periods. It’s helpful for pcos.

I am at borderline of being obese, it's not for food rather is an effect of PCOD. I tried multitude of exercises before and had to take medicines as prescribed by my gynaecologist. 1st of all dont stress. Stress contribute PCOD. U need to change ur lifestyle sleep early and wake up early before the sunrise. Take vit d from sun early morning sunlight is very good. Cut off refined sugar and eat fruit vegetables nuts. Do excerise be it yoga walk zumba etc. Eat black sesame seed 1 table spoon. Take one table spoon of aloe vera in empty stomach as it is bitter I put aloe vera in fresh organe juice or fresh coconut water donot take more than 1 tablespoon. Cut off dairy products it will help to you a great extent. Eat healthy and clean. If using oil use cool press no adulteration oil. But use it in limit. Do it daily I am sure u will get result. And make it ur lifestyle.

Day 1 done ✅ Day 2 done ✅🤗 Day 3 done ✅ Day 4 not done i was busy in studying coz of my exam Day 5 😍 I got my period guys after 56 days seriously it works I am soo happy after my period I will continue with this yoga 😌 m relieved finally TQ sooo soo muchhhh lv a lott to this series Day 15- again continuing it coz m in lv with this yoga ❤️ Day 16 ✅ and m feeling happy 😁 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ due to some reason I was not able to continue it and again I am unable to get my period from past 2months I don't know why it's happening 😑 now going to start this yoga from tomorrow I have gone to gynecologist also she said the process will take long time and told me to get ultrasound and also my hormones test let's see what's going to happen on Tuesday She also told me to loose some weight and told me to avoid junk foods I am 21year old girl height -5'3 & weight 59 kg Day 1- ✅ Day 2- ✅

To take the attention to the ajna chakra. There are two ways to do alternate nostril breathing, one with hands in vishnu mudra where the index finger and middle finger are folded in. And the other with the fingers on the forehead. Different yoga schools practice differently and I prefer with fingers on forehead.

Morning is the best time but if you do at any other time, then it should be 3-4 hours after meal and 30 minutes after a any liquid intake.

Morning is best because you will not have consumed a heavy meal. But if you don't have time in the morning then you can also do it in the evening 2 to 3 hours post a meal.

Hello Rashmi I'm a huge fan of yours. Just love the way you teach. Have been practicing almost every morning since the last one year( specially surya namaskaras & week 1 , 3 of your 5 week series) , it has even helped me lose some weight. I'm a radiologist by profession and frequently meet girls with pcod who come to get their ultrasound done. I recently recommended one of them to see and learn from this video of yours. Full of praise for you. God bless you. You are like an angel to me. One small request I heard in some video of yours that you are also into dancing. Could you upload some of that too. Would love to learn.

Hello, @rashmi I did try what you displayed in this video but while performing the suriyanamashkar I suddenly happen to have an ache around my chest area...now while im stretching my chest area hurts. Any solution for it? And why does it happen? Is it common?

@@ritikarjain7809 yaa its pretty normal if you ate a meal 1 hour before doing it or 4-5 after....that's why the difference between working out after taking a meal should be 2- 3 hours if it exceeds...take some nuts then do it......feeling a bit nauseating is normal
