Even I dicovered your channel few weeks back. It's awesome and enjoy doing the practice. Recommend you to add power yoga. You can also upload one hour sessions for each day, Monday to Friday or Saturday which will include surya namaskars, asanas and breathing exercises

Excellent session but I am yet to achieve head stand. I can do the pose with one leg dropping in the ground but for full head stand I ve to practice more. It was a awesome session with guided meditation at the end

Hmm depends on your budget. Technix has some nice ones. I don't like the foam ones as they don't provide a good grip and keep rolling up.

In Moon Salutation ... Tried to keep foot flat and stretching the opposite leg .. then realised it says "advanced" in the title .. So escaped .. Not for me !!.... On second thoughts .. do you think I could tie some strings onto my toes and hold them instead ... Nyaah!! ... I still need to eat crane meat for balancing skills.
