You should consider putting in a Lexan louvered window for the rear hatch like the old F40’s had. That will allow for all the air out for cooling and also allow people to see all that fab work.

Mike Essa was an exceptional hire for the channel. He has a library of knowledge about cars and engines, he does phenomenal work, and plus he's a content machine who helps keep the channel rolling along. Damon and Dave, should really consider giving Mike an equity stake in DDE, or cut him in on a share of the cash flow. Personally, I would offer him a equity stake with a 5 year vest that comes with a "significant risk of forfeiture" (for example, if he leaves the channel before the stock is vested, or is terminated for cause, he'd lose the stock grant) to lower the tax consequences. Whenever you push equity across the table to an employee it's creates a taxable event for the employee, but the "significant risk of forfeiture' language in the equity grant will significantly lower the tax obligation by at least 60 to 80% or more. This is an invaluable approach to giving very valuable employees an ownership stake while incentivizing them to stick around. You have to always assume there are multiple parties that are constantly reaching out to Mike to try to poach him. It would be a smart business move to lock Mike down. Besides his superior knowledge of race cars and engines, Mike is a content machine. You could even start a second channel around Mike showing all the behind the scenes stuff that goes into building the crazy cars for DDE. This would let Damon and Dave focus on driving the cars, going to rallies, greeting fans, and selling merchandise. If you want to send me a new DDE Ghost hoodie size XXL for my invaluable advice, I'll accept it. Cheers!
