Seeing the comments, just wanted to clarify I don't think the guy ripped him off by charging 200 for over 7kms. That's how much tuk tuk drivers charge in places where the vehicle is not run by meter. He would have told an Indian guy the same amount. I've been quoted 200 for way lesser distances, in places like Bangalore which I wouldn't even consider a tourist spot. Not every city is Mumbai. He paid a fair price.
