That is very normal in every Turkish barber. They wash after cutting your hair so the cut bits don’t go down your clothes. Unfortunately I can’t find barbers that wash like this outside of Turkey :(

Minus the face mask, I have all you had done every month at my local barbers here in the UK. It's called 'King's Barbers' truly because they treat you like a king! I have a mohican and the sides bald. I have two trail tracks in each eyebrow, beard trim, hot towel, flames on the ears and sometimes I have the wax up the nose which for 5 mins having to breathe out your mouth isn't ideal but once they rip them out your nostrils omg! No more nose hairs! I also get a neck and head massage too. I pay £30 for the lot and my guy Jimmy is the best! I'm very lucky that in the UK, Turkish barbers seem to be in every town!
