3:12 This thing is in our hindu book and this has a meaning . While eating flies or some other insect may attack plate for food but if there is food already outside the plate insect will not bother eating from your plate due to hand movement . Idk if i am able to explain this properly .

How do you not get sick with all the dusts in Kathmandu ? I was in Mumbai warm weather south Mumbai was a clean area . I am in Nepal for one week only and I already got sick with sore throat and cough .
