Im Indian and i confidently say that street food is way more hygiene than resturant who freeze food and repeat it . Street vendors dont have freezer and they forecast their daily sales well leaving no or less wastage , we indians respect and love street food 😊

Not always.. they have freezer , if not a big one they definitely keep a small one.. street vendors earn more than a salaried IT professional these days and they dont pat tax.. so they can easily afford a freezer within 20k INR.. I don’t have anything against anyone, but what to rectify the skewed facts presented by food vloggers for their own benefit 😊

You first want to get to know India from the major cities and then maybe go to rural India to explore the beauty. Keep in mind that there is a lot of urbanization happening in India and many people he has met are from smaller towns or villages.

The drink you had the one you called mysterious is actually just hot milk which is considered good for cough and cold in winters, you will find it more around the winters and children and old people specifically prefer that to soothe their sore throats. The drink was axctually topped wkith the milk protein (Butter)- in Hindi "malai".
