i’ve pondered upon this that the root of the problem is with the production of the food, rather than (some) of the food itself. there’s historical notes about the benefits of milk, red meat, grains, etc., and our ancestors have lived on these food for centuries. difference is: nobody played with their food. i believe that greed has ruined the production of our food, people no longer prioritize to feed people but only to make profits. they want things bigger in quantity, but in result, the quality deteriorates. people eat at fast food chains because it’s supposed to be cheap, a pocket change price for a full meal. they make the organic, non-toxic food inaccessible for most, so instead their cheap, fake food would dominate in the food market.

The hospital where I intern at had a dialysis place near them. And guess what? There was mcdonalds and dunkin donuts burger king right next to dialysis. They are trying to unalive us. I’ve been plant based for 6 years now and it’s the only thing that keeps me healthy before I even worry about fitness. But I never say everyone MUST be the same. Health is crazy complicated these days. Our ancestors are all from different regions and backgrounds and our body adapts. The main thing is real food. Beyond Meat is fake. Bacon causes colon cancer. Filter your water always, grow your own food and you’ll realize how dire of an issue this is.
