I love the fact that you’re not only showing healthy foods to eat but making people aware of the ingredients that are in the foods we should stray away from. Health is a journey and there are always ways to improve, I started by cutting out pork in 2014 and ever since I’ve been progressively cutting out or cutting back on different things that don’t sustain my health. We appreciate your videos!

Sprouts is similar to whole food in pricing, show your audience how to shop healthier on a budget and create a meal under $20 . The fact you're talking about this is dope. Often people make the excuse that eating healthier is too expensive so you showing them how to do both, would be impactful and I know it'll be received. Keep showing up in your Kingdomness

I disagree as that is often just an excuse. These same people upwards of $20 or more on fast/junk food per visit with no problem. It's a choice.

Everyone keeps talking about budget. Listen, you can pay Wholefoods and Sprouts bill, or you can pay the Hospital, Medications, and sooner than expected funeral cost bill. YOU CHOOSE! Get a part time job if you have too, but under no circumstances go cheap with your health. It cost money to eat good, and it cost millions to keep you alive. Which bill would you rather pay?!

You are so right about that palm oil. I never knew what it was until my baby wasn’t receptive of the formula I was giving her when I weaned her from breastfeeding. Palm oil had her so constipated. What you said about kids craving sugar is so right to. I was wondering why my kids just had to have something sweet. Despite them intaking lots of water they were still craving sugar like crazy. Thanks for the video. I’ll definitely be making better choices in foods now.

Love this video! I think everyone should start investing in growing and making their own foods, it's a lot easier than some may think. For example, instead of buying spelt pasta, you can literally make your own with spelt flour easily. Btw, like you mentioned, Kamut cereal (with homemade hemp milk) and ceylon cinnamon is fireee. I believe your bday is coming up soon, so I think I'm gonna send you something you might really enjoy! Thanks for sharing, Phil. ❤
