Is the "WhatsApp Settings - account - privacy - status " set to My Contacts? Kindly check once again. As i mentioned in the video, its a bug that whatsapp has to fix with an update which makes Others or Excluded contacts not working for status updates.

its not the iPhone or iOS problem deepak. its whatsapp bug which we are expecting fix very soon. meanwhile you have to follow the steps suggested in the video to set status updates.

If the privacy - status - My contacts selected then it did work for me in two of my iPhone models. iPhone 12 Pro and X. Kindly retry after changing the privacy settings to My Contacts once again.

What I am facing here in whats app status upload is that I am able to upload 30 secs of video as status and post that when I am uploading the video in 02nd instances,its showing me error can not upload. I have the solution now .. select the image from your photos and share It on WhatsApp. I mean don’t select the picture or video when you are on your WhatsApp page but rather open your photos on your galary. Then share it to your WhatsApp status . It works that way

NEW UPDATE: WhatsApp Status Couldn't Send Error - ONE MORE FIX | kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqWylah4m5t2osU UPDATE: I have tested in three iPhones, one of them was working fine before updating to latest version of whatsapp. After changing the privacy setting for status to "My Contacts", tap on refresh icon or delete existing status updates and upload fresh one. it will definitely work. I have tested it couple of times again and confirming it. Thank you.

hi, whatsapp recent update fixed this problem completely. just make sure the video size meets the limit set by whatsapp and it should be uploaded and working without any issues.

Sorry to know abt it bro. It did work for me as i demonstrated in the video. Try force closing whatsapp and then check privacy settings and post a status once again. If that didnt help, Kindly wait for a week or two, we can expect an update from whatsapp soon.

its a bug from whatsapp side which makes other or excluded contacts option not to work for status updates for now. only way is to choose my contacts only then it works. hoping for an update from whatsapp side this week.
