Do all motorcycle gear manufacturers think women are less important than men riding? It is so difficult to find great riding pants that provide the same safety level as for men. I also wish they'd make them in lighter colours for those hot days that are getting hotter every day.

Manufacturers aim to make money. If their target market (motorcycle riders/owners) is comprised of 80%< men (which it is), they're going to tailor their products towards men.
