Every Queen deserves a espresso machine. I am have trouble with my machine. It seems the water goes right through the coffee and its not strong. It could be my machine

I usually shake the coconut milk in the can before opening it, which makes it easier and cleaner. ;)

In my personal opinion the coconut flavor isn’t too overwhelming, you can taste it but it’s like an aftertaste more than a strong flavor. 😊

@@stitchesinpink I can’t believe I didn’t include to refrigerate it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Refrigerate it!!! It gets a little firm in the fridge but if you give it a mix with a spoon it becomes smooth again!

Definitely canned, the cold cartons don’t have as much fat so it won’t be thick!

Why don’t you just shake the can before opening it instead of putting it in a mason jar?

I find it easier to shake up, there’s more room for the coconut milk to mix together in a mason jar!
