Danae's genuine love of animals is readily apparent by the way she identifies all 700 milking adults on the farm by name. She displays this passion through her photography of cows and their owners, which has become another career in it’s own right.

Just spent the last week visiting my wife’s family in northwest Wisconsin traveling throughout Wisconsin dairyland and now having a profound respect for the people who work in the dairy industry in that state. It’s safe to say I completely love that state and would be indeed ready to leave rural Northern California in a heartbeat.
