I can visualize a bigger picture with Daisy and her fight to help house the homeless at Venice Beach. She is not the average homeless person. She is someone with above average skills and abilities who has found herself in the situation and is finding herself while doing so. She is finding creative solutions to help herself and others in the same situation. Her compassion for the others is telling. Some of her ideas could be incorporated nationwide to help combat this growing problem.

So she thinks if she builds 6-8 "VENDOR CARTS" her "friends" who "live" at the beach will magically become MOTIVATED and start helping her bring compost from Venice High School to Venice Beach to help her begin "MASS GARDENING." She also asked if her friends had access to clean water to shower. I can almost guarantee a vendor cart won't solve this issue. Most of these people are homeless due to mental illness being uncontrolled and family giving up on them. If keys to an apartment would solve the homeless crisis don't you think we'd have tried that already? The issue is getting someone who is really sick like Wa to function in society and follow some kind of set schedule or rules. Running a shelter requires that. Curfews, rules on drug abuse, alcohol, violence and even medicine compliance. I really wish it was easier.

The stage turned out amazing. But the laws will have to be changed to complete the vision you have Daisy- for the homeless tiny homes. The police follow the laws. Daisy could do some HGTV shows. Makeover talent.
