Hi Sharmika, I am actually stressed due to various factors . Stress or depression i am not really sure But the problem is i do not have anyone to let out I do agree i am not cool person i used to get angry but i am not sure on this .. People make me angry .. Where ever it is necesary i am getting tensed or angry and also am getting comments tension agatha . When some one says tension agatha i am getting more irritated . I have planned myself to keep myself silent anyways there is no one who cares for me . I am.not expecting others to underatand .. but i realized my health is affected . Sleep is the most important factor now adays is affected for me I really hope i should be soon free
