There is so many saurkraut and you can mix theme with vegetable or spices ! I like any kind mixed with avocado, paprika and nuts for a bit of crunch. Make sure if you can that you buy saurkraut in the fresh section not in glass jar, I think those glass jar ones are pasteurized.. it's better fresh ! You could appreciate Kimchi according to your spicy tastes ❤ And it's very easy to make too. ❤ Could you explain a bit more the Candida Diet ? Have you try Paleo diet ? Omg you paying over $20 bucks for 1 steak is a CRIME and thats in TN? Wow. Here in MN, I buy my meat from a local farmer in my town and I pay $4.99 per pound. Her cows are grass/alfalfa sprout feed, free range and actually organic. You should look into that in your area. Instead of paying Whole Foods, you could be giving cash to a local farm family. I’m telling you, it’s 100% worth it. Meat taste, looks, smells better and is more nutritious. I can never go back to store bought meat. I don’t know what kind of crap that’s in it. Even the local farmers don’t trust it. They know the industry lies and label product incorrectly.
