I have not studied theology. But I do believe that the moment an ordained priest consecrate the bread and wine it will transubstantiate into the body and blood of Jesus Christ. I think ccc also tells this. I do understand that you told this example to make clear what faith is in simple terms. No issues. I felt to comment like this. Please forgive my ignorance if I am wrong.
