Thanks for the video as u start to service the left side of the plate once you unscrew it twist the plate counterclockwise and it will come right out.

I cannot get the side plate off. The screw is all the way out and it still on their what am I doing wrong?

Slide the front of the plate down toward the reel clamp and pull up. Took me a bit as well

Hi there, thanks for the really really informative video demostration!! Just some questions i would like to ask about your method... - May i know what's the reason/and advantages for removing the bearing shield? - Wondering, do you replace the bearing shield to the bearing after greasing it up? - and for the last step before closing back the left cover, do you grease up the whole bearing on the left of the spool as well, just like how you did for all bearings? Thanks again!!

i have a Lexa 300 HL reel,brand new,and when i pull on the handle in the sideway,it have a litlle movement...like its loose or something its this normal? to have that small movement? it moves like 1.5/2 mm when i pull the handle on the side of the reel

previous owner of my daiwa put the anti reverse sleeve on backwards after reassembling, and not i cant get it off key #64 What should i do?
