I'm not her biggest fan but she is so right about the absurdity of the news headlines saying sleeping long hours is a bad thing. Some people seriously need it, but society tells us if you don't get up at 6am, exercise, work 60 hours a week etc. you are lazy. No you are not. Sleep as much as your body tells you to. If you have sleep problems incl. not waking up feeling refreshed, please go see a specialist.
