Because dodge never marketed them properly. These things had so much potential that was waisted. There were plans of putting the mopar m1 on them from the factory but it was scrapped. At least from what I remember.

@@jerodwolford2743 they didn’t want it stepping on the srt10’s toes and I think that was a terrible mistake. This is a far better truck and if they would’ve made them manual, holy crap would that have been an incredible machine. Now I just have to scrape by and find whatever second hand parts I can find for this thing because everything was discontinued ages ago 🙄

@BrOkEnSkAtEr1295 trust me, I feel your pain, lol. My rt hasn't been on the road since 2019. I was trying to hemi swap it because the 5.9 and 46re blew but im thinking I'll just put a 5.9 and 46re/nv3500 back in so I can actually enjoy it while I try to gather parts for a hemi swap.

@@jerodwolford2743 damn that sucks man, I hope you’re able to figure it out. You on any of the FB groups for our trucks? I’ve been looking for that hotchkiss lowering kit they discontinued years ago. My trucks been clunking down the road for about 4 months now cause the control arm bushings are shot and idk I don’t wanna take all that shit apart just to leave it at stock ride height. Seems like a whole lot of work for nothing to me who cares about safety? 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

If I was paying any kind of money for any kind of custom exhaust, I would try to make sure that it's mandrel bent and not crush tube. I know it's not gonna noticeably affect the horsepower, but what's the point of paying for the larger tube if it's just getting crushed down a quarter of an inch smaller diameter

Per dyno testing on the 2 methods only 1hp difference not worth the money if you ask me.
