I frequently rewatch this video. Not only do you actually have the characters act the way they SHOULD, but it's so refreshing to finally see some characters properly _chilled_ by Gaster's *snap.* Obviously *_EVERYONE_* wanted Bette's comeuppance, but... Even the first time I watched this myself I was *_terrified_* of his wrath. And watching him *_literally_* tearing her apart like that? _Christ Cami, that was brutal._

If you watch All Might after sans dies he isent smiling, unlike the others who only see gaster winning the fight. All Might seems far more hesitant to be happy about how the fight is turning out. And then when he first grabs Bete look at Todoroki Aizawa and All Might, they immediately know how this is going to go before the brutality even begins.

Theory: Sans was melting because he wasn't determined he was going to win, as Chara said, "If you have enough DETERMINATION, you could survive much longer!" Gaster remembered that DT doesn't work when not determined themselves.

The reason Sans didn't fully melt is due to him not pushing his body anymore when he stopped as he had already pushed it to the point it started to melt. If he had more DT it would have probably overpowered and fully melted him regardless as even in Glitchtale Monsters still die to too much DT
