Dalai Lama recognises 8-year-old US-born Mongolian boy as 3rd highest leader in Buddhism | WION

Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama recently recognised an 8-year-old US-born Mongolian boy as one of the highest Buddhist spiritual leaders. He was recognised as the 10th Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Rinpoche but his enthronement didn’t happen yet.

They are tested in a very strict way and only one passes, proving he is the reincarnation. If none pass, they keep looking. The next Lama is not groomed. He is taught and there is a considerable amount to learn.

After watching the whole video, I think HHDL just want to play with the kid. He probably expected the kid to say no when asking for a kiss, so found it funny when the kid gave him a kiss, then expected suck tongue should probably scare the kid, and found it funny when the kid actually try to suck his tongue. I only heard hypocrite who act normal in public and terribly in private. Never see any hypocrite try to reveal who they really are in public. It doesnt make sense.
