I think it should be kind of journal where you look at what you are suffering from, trying to find the solution of that problem, finally addressing it and applying those things in real life, the solution can be from your own if you feel it's good or can be from others even yt Atleast I do that and it helps mme

Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Nice stuff bro ❤ Just bear in mind, 8 hours of sleep a day is not the best idea, because it doesn't respect the natural sleep rhythm. One sleep phase takes about 1.5 h. That being said, the optimum would be either 7.5 h or 9 h, so the sleep won't be interrupted in the middle (the deepest sleep, also called the REM phase (rapid eye movement). When you wake up naturally without an alarm or other external factor, it's because the sleep phase was just finished 😊

Hey bro I'm 13 years old and I just started going on a good diet and working out around 3-4 times a week. how long will it take for me to see results?
@Nappings.Bedwars Жыл бұрын
Firstly you’ll become stronger after your body adjusts to the new movements then After a few months of consistency you’ll see newbie gains. These are small gains but noticeable ones ( muscle clarity ) where you can see more outlines. After half a year is consistent working out people around you should be able to notice a difference like thicker limbs or more muscles when your shirt comes off. It will be difficult to make real big gains since you are young and most likely new to puberty but the earlier you start the better!
