DALGONA COFFEE - How to make dalgona coffee at home

Dalgona Coffee - a trending recipe from South Korea.
In this video, I tried it out - it's very easy to make.
You basically only need:
2 tbs of Instant Coffee (yes, that's right)
2 tbs of sugar (add more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
2 tbs of hot water
Milk
Mix the ingredients either with a whisk or an electric hand mixer until the coffee is nice and creamy.
Pour cold or hot milk in a glass (as much as you prefer), then add the coffee cream on top. Et voilá.

Actually this coffee was developed to overcome boring for whom keep staying home in S.Korea. So original version is making foam by only hands. If you challenge it with your hands, you can feel that staying home can be bored and get arm muscles...

wanyeng my friend just sent me this link. Here’re some key differences: 1) Cuban coffee never uses instant coffee, 2) Cuban coffee uses the first liquid that comes out the top of a bialetti (which means you brew it first) and mixes THAT in a container with the sugar to make it creamy. You add the rest of your brewed espresso to the “cream” and pour it back and forth until it’s pretty much gone from the mixing vessel, and 3) nix the milk in a Cuban coffee. In a cafe con leche, sure. But not for just a coffee.

This is Frappe with milk, Greeks drink it year now but in a different way!! we don't drink the cream, we just add water and ice cubes and voila!!
