Hey, in South Korea the situation is actually better than in most countries. All the shoos are open and their infection rate is lower than 20 people per day (or week? idk it's pretty low). just melt the sugar and dont burn it then add a TOUCH of baking soda and mix it thoroughly

Buy a metal ladle. Put 2-3 spoons of sugar over gas stove. When melted, put like 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Stir a couple of times and get it off the stove. Pour it onto metal tray or aluminum foil.
