I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure she was Rookie of the year this last season. She is so talented, intelligent, passionate, humble, kind, and driven both in her passion for DCC and her faith. Watching her is literally a breath of fresh air and every time I see her, she makes me smile. She’s such a beautiful role model for young girls and I can’t wait to see her future success with this career and her life ahead because she deserves everything that’s coming her way 🩵

I would have loved more questions about her upbringing. She seems like such a sweetheart. She also seems incredibly sheltered and naive about many aspects of typical American culture. What did her life growing up look like that resulted in this accomplished, bright, friendly, outgoing, woman who remains so sheltered from pop culture and coffee, but not sheltered from being a college and dallas cowboys cheerleader. Its a fascinating juxtaposition.

Yeah me too. No shade or anything, and I fully respect and support her beliefs, but based on what she has shared thus far I wouldn’t have expected her to be a dancer. And a very good one at that! I just didn’t think everything about the dance/cheer/lifestyle would align with her religiosity. She does seem pretty sheltered and that world can be very cut throat. Good on her for knowing herself and staying grounded though. I’m surprised in a good way honestly, I’m with you, the juxtaposition is really fascinating.
