He only had one good year with San Fran. His overall record with San Fran as the defensive coordinator. 23 wins 41 losses His combined record as a head coach is 43 wins 77 losses😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 He was such a big baby. They had to escort him out of the facility with security. I promise you we do not want that type of energy on this team.

I TOTALLY agree with this! This is acting like a team that really is not making winning championships its primary focus. I think they are trying to find coaching candidates whom they can hire at the cheapest possible cost. Somewhere, this team has changed its philosophy when it comes to winning. It feels like it has "El Cheapo Capo" (Cheap Cap Officer) Stephen Jones written all over it. Although this does not fall under the cap, it still feels like Stephen has his fingerprints all over it.

I feel the same way about Kellan Moore for HC. Good OC but I don’t see him changing the culture for this team, which we really need. As for DQ, I think Jerry told him he was next in line to be HC after McCarthy. Think about how he tried to dismantle the Cowboys, both players AND coaches. Makes sense and I can see Jerry & Stephanie being dicks like that.

@@Capncomeback2023 Moore has never impressed me. He wasn't great in San Diego and Philly rolls over everyone because of Saquon and a great o-line and overall roster. Not a lot because of KM. I also don't see him standing up to Jerry on anything ever. Hard pass for me.
