Good to go back and see the guys that never made it big the Colts Qb Trudeau was supposed to become a elite qb who never made it big, and went on to play for several teams as a back up. Several others on both teams.

Was at this game and stayed at the same hotel as the team! Downtown Hilton! Great to see the broadcast now! Thanks!

Thanks for this upload. I have maybe missed two or three Cowboy games since 1970. This was one of them. I had to work so I listened to this one on the radio. Thanks for the upload. Better seeing it late than never. 😀

Love my Colts. A cool game from 30+ years ago. Thanks for posting. If you have not, please post more games. Very cool to be able to go back in time and watch some games and hear some old-school calling, etc..

I live in Ohio and went to a Colts game in 1994 vs the Seahawks. Great game to watch !!

By this point the Cowboys were firing on all cylinders and they went out and took down a bad Colts team like a good team should.

I remember this game. If I remember correctly, Emmitt put a movie on Quinton that tore his ACL. Imma watch. I love these old games. This team was their 👌

Rest in Peace Dick Stockton. One of my favorite commentary announcers of this old school football on CBS and FOX. And also The Goose who is on the Indianapolis Colts defense.

This game was blacked out in Indianapolis and several nearby markets. The Colts were still 5 years away from drafting Peyton Manning, who was a high school senior in 1993. They would still have some blackouts with Manning as QB, but none after 2003.

It was billed as a sell out, but I could understand why the game is blacked out. They must not have sold out in time.

This game was shown in Indianapolis that day. Not sure where people get their info from I remember watching this game on the south side of Indianapolis on October 10th 1993.

Wow before this game, Dallas and Indy hadn’t played against each other in nearly a decade since 1984! I believe it was similar with Dallas against Buffalo in SB XXVII, they also didn’t play each other since 1984

Yup. Every three years their division played 4 teams out of the AFC East. Either the Colts or Bills might have been on the '87 schedule... but the strike took that game away (week 3). So they played NE, NYJ, and Miami that year. 1990: In the 1989 season, Dallas had finished last in the NFC at 1-15, so they played the worst teams schedule in 1990 Which meant them and the other NFC bad team had to play the two AFC's bad teams: Chargers and Jets in 1990. So no Bills or Colts game that year either... Bringing us to 1993 when they played both the Bills and Colts... They lost to Buffal 13-10... but beat them in the SB that year...

Up until 1993 lions with Barry had about 7700 yards and Emmitt has 5600 yards and the colts did have a 100 yard rusher in 3 years

After starting 1993 at 0-2(Without Emmitt Smith), those Cowboys finished the season on a 12-2 run after Owner Jerry Jones gave in to Smith's demands, and eventually beat Buffalo in the Super Bowl, again.
