No showing of this is complete without mention of the old system they had. You can see the guideways below. It was part of a sophisticated baggage handling network that was never build for today's capacity.

What I find bizarre about DFW is the degree that landside and airside roads/trains/walkways weave around each other. O'Hare is much simpler, with one security line dividing the two. Skylink is genius though.

lol it costs however much your plane ticket was. There is no additional charge to ride Skylink, but it is only accessible by ticketed passengers.
