Klay had 7 points in the 4th. Big moments when phx was trying to make a run, klay made a shot 3 different times to get them back going again. Amazing d as well. Nice klay

He's still tentative, but he's showing a lot more confidence in that outside shot. Considering how much they need scoring, I'd rather see him take 3 or 4 long shots a game and live with the results. He's more likely to hit them than Spencer.

@ he’s the backup PF. All he needs is to be able to hit one or two shots a game and get a few rebounds along with play defense. Other than games PJ is, that’s all the team requires from the position.

Klay didn't shoot the 3 well, but he had some big shots from everywhere else. He also played great defense. Just because you didn't put up a huge box score doesn't mean you were not part of why the team won

He got his hands on several passes, plus his steals and assists. He also got a few loose balls that I think weren't listed as steals. He was a calming influence and I really want to see him closer to the paint more often. Best free throw shooter in the league, let's see him get 4 or 6 free throws a game.

I love how the Mavs are stepping up their defense, and on offense, we have incredible versatility. We’ve got low-post play, deadly transitions, great slashers, and solid shooters. I don’t want to get my hopes up, I just hope there are no more injuries.

He just needed some time to get rhythm back. People think athletes are machines or something 😂 When you're out with an injury for a while and then come back, it takes time to get in game shape. We have a great team, no need to trade anyone

No he still on thin ice. He needs to be consistent and show this for the rest of games as 20 mpg for only 1.7ppg and 2rpg is not it. Luka had to fill out his role this season because of how subpar Maxi has been. Good game he had but he needs more of them.

They're going to have to figure out how to not overwork Kyrie early on. He had 20 early in the 3rd and finished with 20. I'd much rather see him have 12 at half time and get 10 in the 4th when it matters. He was hot so I don't begrudge them feeding him the ball, but when he's almost 0-3rd & 4th quarters, he needs more rest. They're lucky Klay got a little hot along with Grimes, and despite Dinwiddie being AWFUL from anything over 15', he managed to get 15 points which they desperately needed. Going to have to balance a little better. PJ will be back next game, but Naji is going to miss at lest one. Maybe Lively will be back.....
