Luka's ability to control the pace of the game is missed. Especially in the 2nd quarter that the Rockets made their run (23-4 or sth) the game got a crazy rhythm and the Mavs were unable to do anything about it. It's gonna be a tough month. The goal is to keep a playoff spot!

Yup but they don't use him correctly or consistently. He should be their 6th man because he provides scoring. I would prefer him to take Jalen Greens spot in the starting lineup and move Jalen to the 6th man or trade him. Jalen isn't consistent enough to be a starting shooting guard. No hate on him but this is his fourth season and that's just my take.

I can't tell if people have lost common sense or if the net is conquered by bots and trolls. Mavs are 7-5 without their best player(Luka), and that shows how good Mavs are, fact. Mavs (including Kidd) didn't play so well today in the homecourt of one of the best teams in the west. Sengun vs Gafford, Lively,Kleber showed. That's all there is to it. What bothered me most is that excluding ft, both teams made the same points, yet all we saw was rockets highlights and some Mavs.

They need to teach their big men to post up properly and have mid range shot ability. Unless this is achieved, they ain't going nowhere. Look we seen talented teams like this is the past and they never went any where. The moment the nba took away power forwards, small forwards and centres roll that was it game over.
