His testosterone level was over 55,000 ng/dl at his death according to the autopsy released . A normal natural male is anywhere from 250 -1100 depending on what doctor you ask . Pretty crazy .

@ .... I agree. I think one of the problems is that young guys who want to train natural watch their friends start taking steroids and then leave them in the dust. Obviously this kind of peer pressure encourages a kid to start juicing. It's a very bad situation going on in every single gym in the country right now. As long as steroids are easy to get this problem is never going to go away.

@cahenderson08125 жыл бұрын
There's a lot to it, not just the drugs themselves. Many steroids are in fact VERY difficult to find at a pharmaceutical grade simply because they are illegal. So you see a lot of dangerous fake substances that make their way to market. Legalizing and regulating would make this a much safer "sport" if you can even call it that. I always thought of the classic body building comps as performance art rather than athletics

Bodybuilders still fascinate me. But until recently, the information about their drug use and effects on health leads the conclusion that I don´t get it anymore. The steroid effect on cholesterol balance and hence circulatory system, the liver, the kidneys, the heart, the blood, psychiatric effects, unbalance in the hormonal system ect. Have you ever seen the blood of a steroid user? It´s thick and clumpy, which is also why many bodybuilders breathe heavily and have to drain their blood once in a while to relieve the symptoms. Now add to the equation, insulin and growth hormones and the even more dangerous drug category, fat burner ie. BNP, which essentially is a pesticide that makes your body die slowly while you can barely catch your breath to talk, only for the sake of losing some fat which will be gained again in matter of weeks due to lack of cardio. Why do the drug then? I´ll tell you why. That´s because most users start as younger males who are this planet´s most degenerate retarded stupid motherfucking species who know shit about anything, who think they are immortal and are driven by a pathetic egotistic self-image.
