The State has more than enough money for a massive number of highly-paid militarized police to train guns on him, but not enough to make psychiatric care available for those who need it so those police aren't necessary. Speaking coldly - it's counter evolutionary only if the person does it before procreating. Mentally unbalanced people are sometimes also your highly creative types who process the world differently and just don't fit in and/or have poor coping skills under stress this causes. It had nothing to do with the cops or the hostage, dude said his goodbyes and asked for a paramedic to be ready for the hostage after he had decided to commit suicide. He delayed the cops to carry out his last goodbye. It was because the guys decision not to take the hostage with him that it ended well.

Reading the comments on this kinda saddens me, I get that he shouldn't have involved her in the situation and he could've taken a different approach to ending his life if he really did feel like it had to be done. But, people need to understand that mental health is a very complex and complicated subject, it isn't easy to understand and in some cases it isn't even possible to understand at all. Nobody knows what was going through his mind in that situation or the time before he decided to take this action. All I can say is that he must have been in a very dark and painful place if he felt the need to end his own life in such a manner. I don't think it's fair to call him "evil" or refer to him as "the bad guy", don't be so quick to judge. He obviously needed help and never got it, for a human to reach a stage of mental health as bad as his, it takes a lot. For the people saying he's evil for having a hostage, I do agree he shouldn't have involved her in his suicide, however I do believe it's much more complicated than just taking her hostage for the sake of it. Maybe he wanted the company, maybe her presence helped to comfort him in a weird/twisted way that only he would understand given his terrible and irrational mental state. Long story short, you can hear the pain, regret, sadness and the deep tiredness in his voice, he was most likely a good guy that happened to fall into a very dark place in life and failed to escape, for reasons that neither I or any one of you know. Don't be so quick to judge, he ended his own life and I think it's unfair to label him as evil or refer to him as the bad guy. Let him rest, I'm sure he didn't want that for himself a few years before he did it. Rest in peace. Edit: Having mental health as bad as his leads to irrational and stupid decisions and I'm certain he wouldn't have even thought about doing any of this if he got the help he needed. Some people cannot be helped however and I understand that. I feel sorry for him and anyone affected by what happened.

She was trying to have him killed for killing someone else for assaulting him. The friends of the person he killed had her take him to the room but he double locked the door and when they attempted entry, they couldnt get in. I think he got carried away with trying to get her to confess and shot her in her thigh (from what was told). He was well loved. This same woman was responsible for another well loved man’s suicide after she cheated on him. She got out of dodge after this one though because there was a hit on her. I dont know how she sleeps at night.

We flew from LAX to Melbourne at 10.55pm. Unfortunately the departure time was extended for one hour but the lounge is an excellent place to have to wait. We boarded the plane and the staff were apologetic for the delay as it was a problem with cleaning crew being short staffed .
