A&E I have asked several times if you are ever going to post the missing episodes of Dallas SWAT and have yet to receive an answer. These are trained SWAT who train longer than the police. This was also more than a simple traffic stop, he was holed in. Different situation. And there have been people who have complied and still have been shot/beaten. Also there are cameras on.

Ray H nope, not at all. If you watch any of these police brutality videos, the violence may not be intentional but out of fear for their own lives. Most people look at one side of the story(the victim), but don’t consider police have families to go back to; kids and wives. So when the arrestee is not co-operating that puts the police life in danger and can result in unecessary tactics stemming from fear, not anger or resentment toward a person of color.

Ray H if co-operation would be used in any police brutality video, nothing would have went wrong. If it did then that is clearly the cops fault. But most police don’t enforce violence on people that follow directions given and act civil.

Basically yeah, they're called flex-cuffs. It gives officers an easier use since they're disposables not like handcuffs that are expensive need a certain key to unlock it and the price of the handcuffs get debitted on your salary so usually officers want the handcuffs back.
