Maybe if the genius's weren't still driving 60 in the 35 MPH and 90/100 on the freeways, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating and cutting people off, and playing on their phones, there wouldn't be so many crashes.

1998 winter ice storm in Dallas = 600 + car wrecks in 1 day (including on officer was un alived trying to help a stuck car ! ) was crazy i will always remember & i did not go to work that day or next day due to ignorant drivers in Dallas Texas during Ice / + snow storm !
